Cleaning & Caretaking Corporation Pty Ltd (CCC), is a proud Australian owned family company which was founded 40 years ago (1983) by Stan and Niki Collaros. Back then Stan decided to shorten  the family name to Coles. Bill Coles (son) came in to take over the company in 1985 as the 2nd generation, CCC is  still run based on the original ethical approaches in the way we conduct all facets of our professional business. Paul Coles (2nd son) also came in to the company in 1990. Fast track to 2022 and the 3rd generation of the family is on board via Bills daughter Simone Collaros (grand daughter) who is learning all facets of the business and will take it into the future.  Stan sadly passed away in 2021, Niki is now a non Executive Director, while Bill and Paul are the Executive Directors. All Directors are involved and hands-on in the business with Bill Coles still running it as Managing Director at present. Although our HQ is located in Sydney, we also service regional areas and cities such as, Newcastle, Wollongong all the way down to Melbourne and all the way up the east coast of Australia to The Gold Coast and Brisbane.

We have been leading the way in Strata Cleaning for over 40 years and also have serviced many commercial sites as well.
